Customer Success and Office Manager

We’re looking for an energetic professional committed to customer success with strong interpersonal skills who enjoys creative problem solving. Should be well organized and experienced in handling a wide range of customer service, administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work collaboratively or independently with little supervision. This role reports to the CEO, and works collaboratively with all departments.

Requirements:
Proven office management, administrative experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Ability to learn new softwares quickly, and develop efficient digital processes
Ability to manage confidential information
Proficient in basic office software, including MS Office, Gmail, Google Drive
